myCGS – MFA Access for Some Users
Currently, users on some mobile phone carriers are unable to receive MFA codes via text on the myCGS portal. It has been confirmed the MFA codes are being generated and received via email. We are working diligently with the appropriate areas to resolve this issue and will notify you when the text function is restored or an update is available.
