Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) Temporarily Paused

The Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) system, which is used to authenticate provider information when calling the CGS Provider Contact Centers (PCCs) is temporarily paused.  What does this mean for you?  Our Customer Service Representatives will need to ask you to authenticate your provider information.  Please be prepared and have the following information available when you call the CGS PCC.

  • Provider Transaction Access Number (PTAN)
  • National provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Tax Identification Number (last 5 digits)

When calling for specific claim information or detailed questions about eligibility, you will also need to authenticate the beneficiary information.
