Lower Limb Prostheses Prior Authorization ACT Call April 16
This Ask the Contractor Teleconference will focus on the upcoming Condition of Payment Prior Authorization for Lower Limb Prostheses which involves six HCPCS codes. The POE moderators will review the prior authorization process and provide dates and timeframes before opening the phone lines for O and P supplier questions.
