A New Look for the Claims Processing Issues Log
CGS has made improvements to the Claims Processing Issues Log (CPIL) Web page that now provides you a quick view of current issues. You no longer need to scroll through the Web page to find the issue affecting your claims. Now, review a table showing the date the issue was reported and the description. Simply click on the description of the issue to expand the table and view more details. Click again to close the table.
