Update to for Part A Provider Telephone Inquiries
Effective Friday, June 15, 2018, the Part A Provider Contact Center (PCC) will discontinue answering 5 inquiries when you call the Part A PCC at 1.866.590.6703 and select Option 1. Providers will be limited to only 3 inquiries per telephone call in order to maintain CMS metrics for the PCC.
