Update: Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) System Delayed

CGS first told you about the Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) system in a listserv message on June 13, 2016. The CTI system provides a streamline process in which providers will enter authentication information before reaching a Customer Service Representative (CSR). The implementation of the CTI has been delayed.  CGS will keep you informed of the implementation date via an email message.
