October 2022 J15 Provider Contact Center (PCC) Training

Medicare is a continuously changing program, and it is important to provide accurate responses to your questions. To better serve you, CMS allows us to offer training to our customer service representatives (CSRs). As a result, the CGS J15 (Part A, Part B and Home Health & Hospice) PCC will close for CSR training and staff development as follows:

8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Central Time

Part A and Part B:
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time
