FACE-TO-FACE ENCOUNTER:
- Revised: "The exception to this requirement is for items replaced with an identical item (same HCPCS code) following the expiration of the five-year RUL." to "The exception to this requirement is for items replaced with an identical item (same HCPCS code) following the expiration of the RUL of the item." as clarification

Wheelchair Seating

CODING GUIDELINES:
- Added: "Code E1033 must not be billed in addition to codes E0953, E0956, E0957, or E0960. Code E1033 must not be used for mounting hardware related to a wheelchair seat cushion or back cushion code." as clarification
- Added: "Code E1034 must not be billed in addition to codes E0953, E0955, E0957, or E0960. Code E1034 must not be used for mounting hardware related to a wheelchair seat cushion or back cushion code." as clarification
