Osteogenesis Stimulator (E0748)
Speech Generating Devices (E2510)
Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (E2402)
Hospital Beds (E0250, E0255)
Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation Device (E0730)

WOPD Documentation Requirements Include:

Detailed written order;
Delivery documentation;
Any other pertinent records; and
Copy of Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN) if one was obtained.
