User IDs for myCGS

You are receiving this e-mail because you are registered to use myCGS (CGS's free web portal) as a Provider Administrator. We have important information to share with you regarding your User ID for myCGS.

To comply with CMS requirements, two changes have been implemented in the myCGS portal. The myCGS lockout period for Provider Administrators and Provider Users will change from 90 days to 60 days. This means that all Provider Administrators and Provider Users must now log in to the myCGS portal at least once every 60 days. However, CGS recommends all users, particularly Provider Administrators, log in to my CGS at least once every 30 days.

In addition, myCGS will now time out after 15 minutes of inactivity, rather than the previous 30-minute lockout period. Please ensure any staff members who have myCGS User IDs are aware of these changes.
