MAC Customer Experience (MCE) Survey – We Value Your Feedback!

In previous articles, we shared how the Noridian and CGS Program Managers oversee a variety of operational and collaborative workgroups that meet monthly to discuss opportunities for DME MAC process improvements across all four DME MAC jurisdictions. In this article, the Program Managers want to tell you how important the MAC Customer Experience (MCE) Survey is to them and their teams.

CMS measures your satisfaction with the MACs' performance using the survey tool called the MCE. The purpose of the MCE is to improve processes and procedures within the MACs and CMS.

You may see a survey related to our websites or internet portals pop up while you are using those resources. For our Provider Education and Outreach (POE) events, such as webinars, we might provide prompts for feedback in different ways, depending on the event. We highly encourage you to take the survey each time you are presented with the opportunity.

We know that surveys are common in today's world, but we are genuinely invested in hearing your feedback. We want to know what we are doing well so that we can keep producing and implementing similar features. More importantly, we want to hear from you on how we can improve and increase your customer experience with the DME MAC. We review every score and comment to assist us in developing initiatives to better serve you, our supplier community.
