Website Updates – New Contact Page & Alphabetized Navigation Menu
As part of CGS’s ongoing initiative to make the website a valuable resource, we have implemented several new updates to increase efficiency and usability.
First, we have updated the “Contact Information” page to consolidate all contacts, including CGS departments, other contractors, DME MACs, CMS links, beneficiary information, and more. The information is displayed in a simple, easy-to-read chart.
Additionally, the CGS section features a column entitled “Forms/Instructions,” which provides quick links to helpful resources associated with each respective department.

Secondly, we will be alphabetizing the left-hand navigation menu on Monday, May 3. We believe this change will allow suppliers to find what they’re looking for more quickly.
