Reminder for myCGS Provider Administrators

As a reminder, it is very important for myCGS Provider Administrators to periodically log into myCGS to maintain their User ID. User IDs will deactivate after 90 days of inactivity. If the Provider Administrator’s ID is deactivated, all of the additional users associated with the Provider Administrator will also be deactivated. Therefore, we strongly suggest that each user, including the Provider Administrator, log into myCGS at least once every 30 days.
