Incorrect Password Entries for myCGS: Change in "Lockout" Time
Beginning March 7, 2013, if you are attempting to log onto myCGS and you enter an incorrect password three consecutive times, you will be locked out of myCGS for three hours. (Previously, the lockout period was one hour.) We are making this change in order to comply with CMS security requirements.
If you are a Provider User, meaning you have been granted access by the Provider Administrator for your practice or facility, contact your Provider Administrator to verify your identity and regain access.
If you are a Provider Administrator, contact the EDI Help Desk to verify your identity and regain access.

Note: you cannot change your password more than once in a 24-hour period.
