MR WIZARD Tool is a full service, self-service tool that eliminates your need to call customer service for an explanation of an MR denial or the status of documentation submitted with an ADR request. The information we provide online is exactly the same information available from our customer service advocates. The MR WIZARD is always available to provide you with everything you need to understand why the denial occurred and what you need to do next.

For medical review decisions made on or after July 5, 2016, MR WIZARD will display the claim line level detail along with the reasons for denial. ADR status results available on or after November 1, 2016 will be displayed.
